2003 -2015

Komet Sales, Unosof, Axerrio, and FCS are founded independently, each becoming a regional leader in floral technology for importers, wholesalers, and growers across the Americas and Europe.   

2023

Komet Sales, Unosof and FCS combine.  The vision is to create a unified platform for all layers of the floral supply chain and overlay a universal ecommerce framework across the top built on K2K.

January 2024

Axerrio joins the Koronet group, connecting European and American ERP and e-commerce platforms and expanding Koronet’s presence across continents.

JUNE 2024

Koronet is officially launched as the unified brand and global operating ecosystem powered by the Koronet Network. It now serves more than 16,000 active users in over 20 countries, connects 4,000 businesses, and drives more than USD 7 billion in annual transactions.

2024 – 2025

Koronet introduces new cross-functional products, including Koronet Procurement, Koronet Payments, Koronet eShops, and Koronet eSuite. These innovations strengthen Koronet’s position as the connected commerce ecosystem for the global floral industry.

2025

Koronet grows to more than 170 employees worldwide, reaffirming its commitment to innovation, service, and global reach.

Koronet continues to expand its global network and to deliver unified ecommerce, customer acquisition and analytics/AI solutions that empower floral businesses everywhere to connect, trade, and grow together.

Our Story

Koronet was created by bringing together four leading technology companies in the floral supply chain: Komet Sales, Unosof, Axerrio, and Floral Computer Systems (FCS). Together, they formed a unified platform that helps growers, importers, and wholesalers sell more, buy smarter, and operate seamlessly worldwide.

Komet Sales, founded in 2011, pioneered cloud-based inventory and sales management for importers and wholesalers across the Americas. Unosof helped farms digitize production and inventory processes. Axerrio brought decades of expertise in ERP and e-commerce for the European floral market. FCS strengthened wholesale operations in the United States through its SMARTSystem platform.

In 2023 Komet Sales, Unosof and FCS combined to form one company.  In January 2024, Axerrio was added to the conglomerate.  Together these companies integrated their technologies, teams, and customers under one shared vision: to enable every participant in the floral chain to transact with confidence and control across borders and business tiers. Powered by the Koronet Network (K2K), Koronet now connects the largest global community of floral businesses, where buyers and sellers make daily purchasing and selling decisions through connected, data-driven commerce.

Following the combination of the companies, we rebranded as Koronet and started work to create shared solutions that bridged all the companies.  This included the launch of Koronet Procurement, Koronet Payments, Koronet eShops, and Koronet eSuite. 
The company now operates in more than 20 countries, supports over 16,000 active users and 4,000 businesses.  Our software facilitates more than US$7 billion in annual transactions as of the end of 2025. We are continuing our evolution to make it possible for companies to seamlessly and rapidly connect and start transacting across the global floral supply chain.
